This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit neatttec.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep data use to the minimum needed to run a fast, secure site.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Jyun, who runs neatttHome. You can reach us at neatttec@gmail.com.
What we process when you visit
- Server logs. Our host, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type, the page you request and the time of the request so it can deliver the page and protect the site against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare keeps these logs only for a short time.
- Fonts and images. We host our fonts and images ourselves, so loading a page does not send your data to font or image services.
- Emails you send us. If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply. We delete them when the conversation is finished, unless the law requires us to keep them.
What we do not do
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or visitor analytics, we do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not sell personal data. Because of this, our site does not show a cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will update this page and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Affiliate links and other sites
When you click a link to a retailer such as Amazon or Etsy, you leave our site. The retailer and its affiliate network may set their own cookies to record that the visit came from us. Their privacy policies apply from that point on.
International transfers
Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, including in the United States. Cloudflare takes part in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. To use any of these rights, email neatttec@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority, for example the one in the EU country where you live.
Children
Our site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change, and the current version always applies.
